Gaulish silver-copper-tin coins attributed to the Veneti of Western France from the first century B.C. were analyzed by a method that avoided the need for closely similar standards. Tin content has only been estimated. Twenty-four coins, originally ascribed to six separate groups typologically, were analyzed with the result that a subdivision of one typology was possible. -- AATA
