Abstract
A nondestructive procedure for the determination of Ir in meteorites containing at lease 0.1 parts per million Ir has been developed utilizing neutron activation followed by gamma-gamma coincidence spectrometry. This nondestructive technique may then be used to evaluate the various chemical procedures previously employed.
