Abstract
The mural paintings of the tumulus are painted on a layer of stucco. Since the March 1972 excavation, the stucco layer has become very fragile and in danger of flaking due to changes in temperature and humidity. The thermal control system of the preservation facility is discussed at length. A regression coefficient of exterior and interior temperatures is used to assess the facility's effectiveness.
