Abstract
The main purpose of the workshop was to define the needs and establish the specifications for environmental planning. The practical ways of producing micro-climates for displaying museum materials which cannot withstand exposure to fluctuations of ambient gallery conditions are presented and discussed, with as case study the collections of the royal ontario museum. -- ICCROM
