This is the annual publication of the Photographic Materials Group of the AIC. It presents information on photographic science, conservation, and collections care. Volume 3 is based on the 1988 and 1989 meetings. The volume does not present scholarly work in finished form, but rather is intended to promote informal exchange of information. More scholarly, peer-reviewed publications appear in the Journal of the American Institute for Conservation.
