This review covers the selective search of the literature on pesticide analysis for the period September 1978 to September 1980. The main sources of this search were Pesticides Abstracts , a cross check with Chemical Abstracts , and thorough reading of the following journals: Journal of the Association of Official Analytical Chemists,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Pesticide Monitoring Journal, and Pesticide Science. In addition, specific and pertinent chapters are cited from important books on pesticide analysis which appeared during 1979 and 1980.
