Confused flour beetle adults, Tribolium confusum Jacquelin duVal, and black carpet beetle larvae, Attagenus megatoma (F.), were exposed to 14 promising insecticides applied as aerosols, dusts, or sprays in truck vans. A formulation of chlorpyrifos (O,O-diethyl O-(3,5, 6-trichloro-2-pyridyl)phosphorothioate) applied with a spinning disk applicator produced the highest level of control of these two species of stored-product insects. -- CCI
