Abstract
Describes 13 years of history and the current state of the School of Conservation, Copenhagen. The program of the school is supported by national planning to train conservators in the fields of painting, graphics, and cultural history artifacts. The training lasts at least five years, of which three provide the basic course and two are for advanced specialized study. The management of the school, its training program, course content, evaluation methods, cooperation with external specialists, etc., are examined. Details of the Textile Conservation course are included.
