Abstract
This short note concerns climate control in storage rooms at the Museum of the Chinese Revolution, Beijing. The climate in Beijing varies dramatically in both temperature and relative humidity, and these fluctuations can damage stored materials. Without air conditioning, improvised methods, such as wetting the floor with mops to raise the relative humidity, are used. Careful monitoring of outside temperatures and opening and closing windows are also used.
