Abstract
The cups are fully described: their discovery; descriptions of each; stylistic parallels. These silver drinking cups with pairs of handles were deliberately damaged before burial. An appendix by M. J. Hughes gives the results of analysis of the cups by x-ray fluorescence and another by R. Holmes describes the method of restoration from their crushed state as found. One cup had been repaired in antiquity with a silver/tin solder, of which there are very few previous reports. -- AATA
