Abstract
In this article a method of measuring the thickness of a clear film on a reflective metal was described. Employing Fourier transform spectrometers operating in the optical subtract, dual beam mode, the authors were able to measure such films (0.3-2 mils range) with a precision of 2%. -- AATA
