Abstract
Chinese ceramic tomb horses and camels of the Han, Sui, and Tang dynasties were examined with x-radiography, ultraviolet light, and a binocular microscope. Variations of the piece-molded construction method were investigated. Eastern and Western methods of restoration of these figures were compared. -- AATA
