There is great concern about the effect of environmental conditions on the documents of the Archives of the Kingdom of Aragon. A study was thus prepared on the concentrations of ozone outside and inside the building and the relationship between them. The Archives is located in an area that experiences severe air pollution and levels of ozone that are very destructive to paper and parchment.
