Abstract
In Denmark, the problematic career outlook for graduates of conservation training programs that involve the use of public funds has led to a gradual change. Some of the larger central institutions are beginning to incorporate research programs. This will introduce a more formal job classification structure and is expected to raise the professional level of the graduates. -- AATA
