Abstract
The moisture of water vapor in a space under low absolute pressure or vacuum is often improperly measured or calculated. Difficulties arise due to variations in the techniques of measurement, in psychometric terms and in the relationship of these terms. The confusion due to pressure effects, can be minimized by understanding the principle of the measuring instruments and by remembering the definitions of the terms involved and a few basic gas laws.
