Abstract
A detailed study of test treatments of wood drying and gluing with lignin and carbohydrate binders. Wood compression before seasoning had varied results in an attempt to improve the drying process. The tests of the binders in joining wood bore positive results in trying to duplicate the natural adhesion properties of the middle lamella. -- AATA
