The Messerschmitt Foundation in Munich is currently restoring Meseberg Palace in Brandenburg which the german government will use as an guest house. Since damage to the historical substance of the building can not be ruled out with conventional heating methods, it is planned to install tempering for drying out damp walls and for conservationally appropriate room heating, in addition to revitalizing the old tiled stoves. Various installation possibilities will be discussed for the walls, part of which are covered with valuable decoration or paneling. An already installed tempering system in the previous gardener’s house (future construction office) across from the palace will be presented.
