Abstract
Storage requirements of historical objects at Fort Pulaski national monument, Savannah (Georgia, USA) were met by the creation of a prefabricated structure, which allowed the maintenance of the appropriate environmental conditions necessary to preserve the collection. The prefabricated modular panels forming the unit are made of a four polyurethane foam core, sandwiched between two sheets of galvanized steel.
