Abstract
The author briefly reports on a training program for Park Service maintenance staff in the cleaning of outdoor bronze statuary and tablets with walnut shell abrasive at 20 pounds psi followed by washing, treatment with benzotriazole, and waxing with synthetic waxes at ca. 175 degrees F. Trainees also received an introduction to chemical repatination. -- AATA
