Abstract
An analytical method sensitive to less than 0.005 p.p.m. has been developed for the determination of phosphine residues on grain. Results from the laboratory and field treatment of grain with Phostoxin indicate that the phosphine residues rapidly disappear. Data are included to show that no residues are to be expected in bread baked with Phostoxin treated grain or flour.
