Abstract
The Old Town of Most, Czechoslovakia, was moved in order to access a high quality coal deposit. The 14th-century Church of the Virgin Mary was lifted onto a slow-moving trolley; an HP 9821 desktop calculator was used to monitor the alignment of the structure in transit. This project is described.
