The restoration of the altar and the statue were carried out during the renovation of the Church. The construction of the altar and the techniques used are described. The original paint was remove in the 18th century, so only traces could be found. The altar and the statues were disinfected, and then restored. The altar was not replaced in its original position, but was moved to the northern wall, because medieval murals were found on its original place. -- AATA
