Presents a model for an index form to document architectural remains at prehispanic sites in the northeast of Argentina. The aim of the project is to gather as much information as possible on the current state of the sites, and eventually to suggest alternatives for the sites' future management. The form contains the following sections: general identification - structure, site number, location, form number; architectural analysis - type of construction, wall plans, shape, function, type, etc.; state of conservation - deterioration, displacement of stone, disagregation, cracks, vegetal damage, salt accumulation; recommendations for work - cleaning, consolidation, reintegration, restoration; treatment stages urgency, etc.; additional information - notes, samples, photographs, etc.
