Abstract
The article contains a description, characterization of the working technique and technology, and an attempt at a definition of the chronology and origin of the glass bowl found in Early Medieval stratifications at Komorowo. The find is datable to the 3rd-4th cent. A.D. On the basis of technological examinations the author thinks it possible that the bowl comes from Westem Europe, presumably from the Rhine areas. The presence of finds from the Roman period in Early Medieval layers is also discussed. -- AATA
