Abstract
The history, analysis, and treatment (in progress) of <i>Cupid's Hunting Fields a panel painting by Edward Burne-Jones is discussed. Analysis of the ground, paint medium, and surface coatings was done before consolidation of the bole ground using a wax-resin mixture and heat was begun. See also 16-1152. -- AATA
