The requisites of a logical examination form are cited, whether the technical investigation is for the conservator's museum, for an owner prior to purchase of an object or concerning an object of questioned authenticity submitted for examination: 1 - Identification of the object, photographs, x-radiographs, etc.; 2 - Materials and fabrication of the object; 3 - Condition (insecurity, damage and disfigurement).
