Report of a statewide project to increase the awareness of the threat of water disasters and to train librarians to prepare for disaster and to respond to it. Florida libraries were surveyed at the beginning of the project to determine the level of awareness and available resources. Then workshops on disaster planning and preparedness were held in locations around the state. A statewide recovery network was the outgrowth of the project. -- AATA
