Abstract
Three periods in the hydrolytic solution and degradation of polysaccharides were revealed, where during each of the two, maximal activation of the processes proceeds at definite temperatures: the 1st minute, at 60°C, the 1st period (1-10 min), at 50°C, and the 2nd period (10-120 min), at 40°C. The process is characterized by a formation of large amounts of oligosaccharides, the macimal amount of which is shifted to the decrease in the duration of the process with increasing temperature: at 20°C, maximum 47. 5per thousand is observed after 120 min of the process; at 30°C, after 30 min; at 40°C, after 8 min; and at 50 and 60°C, after 1 min of the treatment. Change in the effective rate constants with temperature show that the process proceed during the 1st min in the diffusion region, and during the 1st and 2nd period, in the kinetical region.
