Abstract
The data sheet used for recording the analytical examination of leather at the central laboratory, amsterdam, is reproduced. Although the tests are destructive of the sample, it is possible to use the same sample for ph, fat content and sulphate content. The working procedure for determining ph, free fat, and bound fat contents is described.
