Abstract
The conservation information network is a cooperative venture among the Getty Conservation Institute (GCI), ICCROM, the Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN), and the Canadian Conservation Institute (CCI). There are two components: a bibliographic database, developed from the ICCROM library database and the Art and Archaeology Technical Abstracts (AATA), and a materials database, developed from product information at CCI. The design of and access to each component is described.
