Abstract
Damage caused by lining. Defects of vacuum hot tables. Charge differential between a polyester film and the metal top of the hot table is sufficient to keep lining and painting in uniform contact. A vacuum pump causes an air draft through a fiberglass mat lying between two mylar films and this creates an electrostatic charge.
