Second half of paper explaining author's relational indexing system. Nine concept relations are described: concurrence, equivalence, distinctness, self-activity, dimensional, action, association, appurtenances, and functional dependence. The indexing process using these relations is illustrated. Procedures are given for the standardization of the indexing vocabulary and for the automatic comparison of query and document descriptions. -- AATA
