Abstract
The pest control program at the Australian Museum, Sydney, Australia, is described. A three part program was chosen: a) the use of Insectigas DDVP (Dichlorvos active ingredient, spread by CO<sub>2</sub>) for active insect infestation, b) Permethrin 25/75 as a residual action insecticide on surfaces, and c) fumigation of incoming objects with ethylene oxide. Properties of insecticides investigated are summarized. -- AATA
