<i>Leather Conservation News</i> is a biannual publication of the Materials Conservation Laboratory, Texas Memorial Museum, which is written for the specialist in leather conservation and museum professionals who deal with leather and skin objects. The topics in the present issue concern the freezing of insect infested materials (see AATA Vol. 23, no. 2), conservation techniques carried out on a ethnographic semi-tanned skin garments, a summary of a leather seminar in England, a summary of the ethnographic object conference in Ottawa, Canada, announcements and meetings, and several letters to the editor concerning previous LCN articles and commentaries. -- AATA
