A comparison with the first publication (Verworn et al., 1919) showed a male and a female skeleton from the Magdalenian, excavated in 1914 at Oberkassel, to be well preserved. A few identifications of bones had to be corrected. Results of the statistical analysis of anthropological measurements and their relation to other published material on earlier Palaeolithic and Mesolithic men are explained.
