A system developed at Harwell for the pseudo-automatic writing of radiocarbon reports from data which can be collected gradually during the progress of a sample through the laboratory is reported. The organization of these data in a form which lends itself to the production of the text reports is described. The potential of the storage system to facilitate retrieval of selected data is also discussed.
