Abstract
Application of a flow-injection sample process provides an attractive and fast method of potentiometric chloride determination when using alkaline sulfite for the conservation of iron artifacts. In optimized chemical conditions, micro-volumes of analyzed solution can be measured with a sampling rate of 50 samples per hour at variable ranges of chloride concentration from 5 parts per million to 500 parts per million.
