The present paper presents several techniques used in the digital reading of architectonic heritage, how they complement each other, and the application sequence throughout the process developed in the research works. The results and conclusions obtained through such methods are herein presented and discussed. The case of the Old Tabascos Factory is provided. The main building, which was still being used until quite recently, was constructed for the Regional Expo of 1909 and used as the Palace of Industries. A few years later this site was completed. It has undergone numerous interventions throughout its history. One scope of this project is to convert the building into municipal offices, and a key point in this research is to obtain the accurate basic documentation.
