Abstract
Description of conservation treatment applied to two 12th-century sculpted medallions. Cleaning of the highly fractured angel medallion revealed the original polychrome paint. The following conservation materials were used: polyvinyl acetate and lime powder for recessed fillings, epoxy adhesive, and Paraloid B72 protective coating. References.
