Abstract
The hydrothermal synthesis of CuAs2O4 and Cu2As3O6CH3COO as well as the results of optical, chemical, and x-ray studies of these compounds are presented. Further, x-ray powder diagrams of both substances, calculated from their crystal structures, are discussed.
