Abstract
Marine cenozoïc clays from the Armorican massif contain plenty of fragments of spicules from sponges which can help characterize ceramic production, when considered together with the flux composition. The results obtained are presented together with the query as to whether similar observation could be made elsewhere. SEM micrographs, references.
