Abstract
The color circle and aesthetic protractor published by Charles Henry in 1888 in an attempt to apply rational principles to the question of color harmony is described and illustrated. Henry's ideas about color and harmony had a considerable influence on the French neoimpressionist artists, particularly George Seurat and Paul Signac. -- AATA
