Abstract
Ortho-contour photography does not rely on the normal perspective of the object but results from the sequential photography of the contours of the individual optical depths. These contours are tangentially illuminated by slit lamps. A slit diaphragm is used in front of the film. Each predetermined depth is photographically scanned by moving the lamps as well as the camera slit diaphragm through the controlled excursion of the equipment holding these units. The experimental equipment is described and several illustrations included.
