Adhesion tests carried out (a) about a fortnight and (b) 10 yrs. after application are reported for a coating on the exterior of a building in Rotterdam. Qualitative observations on the coating after 10 years are made. Formulations are presented for a primer sealer and a polyester coating for concrete. -- AATA
