Abstract
A thorough investigation of documentation describing the site and the building provides an historical setting for the project. A description of existing exterior and interior building fabric includes reports on each room. Changes in the building structure and the grade of the site have been noted; restoration objectives are explained, particularly how they relate to some of the problems that have occurred in the remodeling of the building in the last 150 years. The needed improvements are listed according to the level of priority. Limited archaeological tests were conducted; a report of methodology and artifacts recovered is included.
