Abstract
The Stagville Preservation Center was built on an historic site in Durham, North Carolina in the mid-1930's. Planning of the facility was based on survey of regional and institutional needs as determined by questionnaires and research. Activities of the center include an historic resource inventory, a botanical survey, rehabilitation of two local historical houses and educational projects.
