Abstract
The solution parameters of alkyd resin are found to be dependent on the solubility parameters of solvents. This paper describes how the solubility parameter of the alkyd has been estimated by taking into account the solute-solvent interaction and the solubility parameters of the solvents. The results indicate that several solution parameters of the alkyd resin can be obtained from measurement of solution viscosity. -- AATA
