Abstract
Thirty samples of stone from historical objects in Prague were examined. Contents of sulfates, nitrates and chlorides were determined and results were compared with pollution of the prague atmosphere. High contents of mentioned ions, especially those of sulfates were found; but correlation with air pollutants did not appear.
