Abstract
The influence of the 11-year solar cycle on 14C production is investigated. Carbon-14 results reported in various previously published papers for the same solar cycles are compared and a similar statistical evaluation is performed for all of the results obtained. Tree ring matched 14C data from wood, and wine 14C data, covering three and four solar cycles, respectively, (1903-1944) were used for spectral analysis, correlation analysis, and harmonic analysis. An anticorrelation dependence is found between the 14C function and the sunspot function. See also <i>AATA</i> <b>Vol. 13, Abstract No. 30</b>, PARIS No. 89992 for additional work in radiocarbon dating. -- AATA
