Abstract
Excavations carried out at the site of the second Fort Vancouver turned up a large number of trade beads which represent five different manufacturing techniques. Each of the techniques - tube, wire-wound, mandrel-pressed, blown, and Prosser molded - are described and illustrated with diagrams. -- AATA
